When we formed our firm, we took the significant experience gained from national, well-regarded firms and looked to improve how clients interact with their lawyers. To be a zealous advocate, our focus needs to be on on the issues, not on how much time it takes to address them. Nearly all of our matters include a form of alternative billing arrangement to align our firm's interests with our client's goals, and reward our firm on results, not time. These arrangements are unique to every matter and not just one-dimensional alternative fee arrangements.
