Kevin’s practice is concentrated on complex commercial litigation matters throughout the United States. He litigates a broad range of issues, including antitrust, appellate, arbitration, banking, contract, corporate governance, energy, fiduciary duty, fraud, intellectual property, insolvency litigation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, temporary injunctions, and whistle blower actions.
With the perspective that every case could go to trial, Kevin approaches each case from its inception with trial strategies pushed to the forefront. This aggressive focus on trial strategy has resulted in successful trial verdicts in both federal and state court.
In addition to his role at Vanacour Perkins, Kevin recently served as the President and General Counsel of Naomi’s Village, Inc. – a non-profit that operates a child rescue orphanage and primary school in Kenya, Africa. This role has given Kevin extensive experience in non-profit management and formation.
